Returns Policy

All made to measure and handmade personalised gifts are not able to be returned for a refund as they are made to your personal specification.

Any defective or broken items received in the post will be replaced. Please allow time for any items to be handmade.

Returns of unsuitable items by post (excluding made to order & personalised gifts) for a refund will be at the expense of the customer. The refund will be issued once returned gifts are received.
