Dotty about … Loyalty Cards!

Free Workshop:

At Sew Dotty I offer a loyalty card to my customers (as I appreciate your custom!).  You will receive a stamp for each workshop you attend and then on your 10th Workshop you will be entitled to a FREE WORKSHOP! (Max Value £35).

Half-Price Workshop:

Alternatively at 5 stamps you can choose to have a half-price workshop (half price worked out on a £35 workshop or less – any additional cost for a more expensive workshop will need to be paid – you will redeem your loyalty card in exchange for a half-price Workshop.

 

Cancellation Policy

Cancelling a Workshop – 14 days in advance:

If you find yourself unable to attend your booked workshop and it is more than 14 days in advance, Sew Dotty can offer a refund minus 30% for administrative fees.

Or you can opt to transfer monies paid to a future workshop free of charge.

Cancelling a Workshop – less than 14 days notice:

If cancellation is less than 14 days of your booked workshop I am not able to offer a full refund.

Sew Dotty is happy for you to arrange a friend to attend the workshop in your place … just let me know the name change details.

Alternatively, you can rebook onto a future available workshop by paying an additional 50% of the workshop price.

Workshops cancelled by Sew Dotty:

In the event that a workshop is cancelled by Sew Dotty for any reason then a full refund will be given or you can elect to attend an alternative workshop instead.

 

Where is Sew Dotty’s Workshop:

Sew Dotty Workshop is located in Yate, (North Bristol), South Gloucestershire – BS37 5XW.  I am approximately 20 mins from The Mall, Cribbs Causeway, Bristol … 15/20mins from the Bath junction of the M4 (via A46) … 15/20 mins from the Thornbury/Tortworth junction of the M5.  Full address details will be confirmed to you upon booking & payment received.
